About Hannah

Hannah is a certified yoga, meditation, and massage-yoga teacher with a background in mental health and a deep commitment to trauma-conscious care. Currently in graduate school for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she specializes in supporting women navigating stress, burnout, and the lasting effects of trauma on the body.

Drawing from years of teaching mindful movement and meditation in studio, clinical settings, and educational settings, Hannah offers in-home sessions that blend ancient practices and modern healing sciences. Each session is personalized—integrating movement, breathwork, healing touch, and sensory support—to restore the nervous system and guide the body gently back to balance.

Shaped by her own healing journey and years of professional experience, Hannah believes that when women are given safe space to slow down and reconnect, deep transformation becomes possible. Her work is rooted in presence, care, and the belief that embodied healing is a sacred return to self.

“My work is an offering born from lived experience—of disconnection, of holding too much, of finding my way home through the body. I’ve come to believe that healing isn’t something we fix; it’s something we remember. My hope is to offer the kind of care I once needed: slow, attuned, and rooted in compassion and trust.”
